BitF Digital Song Bundle Link!

It seems that the digital song bundle didn't reach some backers, so I've decided that the simplest solution would be to just make a backers-only update with a link.
I've uploaded the zip file to the BitF site which is currently a little spotty, so I'd suggest copy/pasting the URL into your browser in order to properly access it. Here it is! As it contains 13 videos and over an hour of music, it's a rather chunky zip file (~190 MB) so make sure you've got the space.
And that's it! Now, I'm going to want to resolve any email issues for when I send the digital BitF book, but for now, this should work for the songs. Please let me know if you still have trouble via commenting on this post or messaging me here on KS. Thanks!

August Update: Digital Rewards Sent Out!

A couple weeks ago, every backer should've received the "BitF & Waluigi Song Collection" zip file via email. This was a bonus freebie Stretch Goal due to how well the KS did, so if you haven't received it (and presumably want it), let me know! It contains 13 videos and nearly 30 songs!
I've had to make a few decisions with the book; my manufacturer was worried about the sturdiness due to its size so I adjusted some parameters with the paper and went with the best possible binding in order to ensure the books will last.
Everything has been paid for, manufacturing-wise, although I'm not yet sure what the tariff situation will end up being. As of now, we're doing okay and there are no plans to have to change prices or anything. Fingers crossed!
It's another modest update this month but we're still on-track and rolling right along. But in the meantime, feel free to enjoy the jamming tunes and comic videos/slideshows to pass the time!
(And yeah I mislabeled last month's update as August's so that's why we have two now)

August Update: Waiting and Working

Hoo boy, if I’d have known how difficult it’d be to reprint the books, I would’ve just redone this trilogy from scratch! The proof I sent last month ended up needing a number of challenging fixes; there’ve been so many weird technical hurdles and issues thanks to the original PDF files basically being held together with duct tape. But after much blood, sweat and Tasty Tonics I’ve managed to smooth out the creases in order to make something that both I and the factory are happy with. As far as I know, we’re still on schedule for November! That's for the books, cards, and dolls of course.
Now that I'm waiting for the BitF books to be printed, I've had time to start some new projects:
What am I doing in the kitchen? I've been cooking a lot lately, but no worries--I haven't quite traded my stylus in for a spatula just yet and I'm still drawing plenty of new stuff! More info to come soon.
Tariffs! These hit me pretty hard for the Dededolls, I’m not gonna lie. But at the moment I don’t think I need to raise any prices or anything. I’m going to hope that everything is steady a little longer while we enter the final stretch here. Fingers crossed!
Alas, there’s not much else to report since this is the slow period when everything is being manufactured and I’m running out of juicy content to show you. But we’re well on our way. As always, let me know if you have questions about your specific order situation and/or shipping addresses.
Until next time!

June Update: The Book Proof!

Hi all--first off, my apologies for not getting this update out at the end of the month as I usually do. I was visiting family out-of-town and decided to wait a few days because I wanted the update to feature...this:
It's the first physical copy! That's right, this proof shows me more-or-less how the book will look when it's in people's hands. A few things to keep in mind though--as this is the proof, the binding is a quicker and cheaper job for this proof than the final (which will have smyth sewn binding), it's lacking the foil stamp, and the book itself got kind of dinged up in shipping. So with those things in mind, I think it came out great! I've spent the day making minor adjustments to several placements of things to ensure maximum readability, but I will be confirming those changes to the manufacturer within a couple hours.
Here's a pretty typical spread, featuring the usual BitF comicry. Looking good!
Another glance at the Master Table of Contents but also the chunkiness of the whole book and a peek at the inner covers! While it's thick, I still find it pretty manageable to flip through myself, and you can see the included ribbon here as well.
Right here we have a corner of the second-to-last page of the book, along with a closer peek at the inside cover art. It is indeed a whopping 780 pages. Now what's going on here with the easel?
Things are moving right along! Within the next month I'll be finalizing orders for the other physical objects (Dededolls and cards) and I expect to have them to show soon as well. Until next time, keep squishing me with the Mega Mushroom when I attempt to take shortcuts. And happy 4th to my fellow USAers!

May Update: Design Docs Sent to Manufacturer, Dededoll Sample!

Summer's here and I'm happy to say that I've sent the digital version of BitF out to the manufacturer! So I should be right on schedule to be able to send them out to you guys this November.
And look who else just arrived...
(Not the cat) It's the new sample for the Dededolls! I think he's looking pretty handsome and almost ready, just gotta do a little finishing touch.
Even though the book work is done, I'm still keeping plenty busy. The new site is still being put together, and now I'm also going to be focusing on getting the digital rewards (songs, videos, Waluigi) all in order. You can expect to receive them sometime this summer.
I'm also already hard at work on my next project, which I hope to reveal sometime in the fall. It's something that's been a lot of fun to work on and I think fans will eat it up when I can finally show it off. It's a new book, but different than anything I've done and also a collaboration with another popular Kickstarter-er, but that's all I'm saying for now.
Even so, I'll probably take a couple days off next week to try out the new Switch 2! Hope you all enjoy launch day as well!
